1 Differentiate compliance inspection requirements based on industry pollution categorization such as Red, Amber, and Green under all environment/pollution laws
2 Online submission of inspection reports by the Inspectors on the Central Inspection Framework online portal within 24 hours of completion of inspection
3 Exempt Green industries with a history of satisfactory compliance from environmental compliance inspection, or allow self-certification (in lieu of conducting physical inspections)
4 Allow for third party certifications instead of Departmental inspections under all labour and environment/pollution laws for medium risk industries
